ご予約開始時間からご連絡なしで一時間経過してもご来店のない場合、ご予約は自動キャンセルとなりますので、
ご注意ください。（繁忙期などは次のお客様への貸し出しのため、ご用意できない場合がございます。）

予定変更の場合は、事前にメールまたは電話でのご連絡をお願いいたします。

Please note that your reservation will be automatically cancelled if you do not show up within one hour after your reservation start time without informing us. (Please note that during peak season, we may not be able to provide bicycles for late arrivals due to loaning to the next customer.)
