こちらの予約システム、またはお電話にてお受付しております。

受付時間 Terms & Conditions for Reservation
予約システムでのご予約は、ご利用日60日前からご利用日2日前の15時までにお申し込みください。
電話でのご予約は、予約サイトで対応できない翌日分の予約のみ対応しております。（受付時間：9:00〜16:30）
※来客中等は電話に出られない場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
Reservations through the reservation system must be made 60 days prior to the date of use and no later than 3:00 p.m. two days prior to the date of use.
Reservations by phone can only be made for the next day that cannot be handled through the reservation website. (Hours of operation: 9:00-16:30)
※ We may not be able to answer the phone when we have guests.
・自転車レンタルのお客様は、手荷物を無料でお預かりします。
Bicycle rental customers can store their luggage free of charge.
・1泊レンタルも承ります。料金は1泊1,000円です。（17:00〜翌朝8:30 or 9:00）
※定休日前日の1泊レンタルはできません。
※8:30以前の返却はできません。
Available for the overnight rental. The price is ¥1,000 per night. (17:00 to 8:30 or 9:00 the next morning)
*Overnight rentals are not available on the day before a regular holiday.
*No returns will be accepted before 8:30 a.m.

50台以上の豊富な在庫数と5種類のタイプの中からお好きな自転車を自由にお選びいただけます。
ただし、”三人乗り対応子ども乗り自転車”などは数に限りがあるため、
ご希望に添えない場合がございますのでご了承ください。
You can select from the more than 50 different bikes and 5 varieties that we have available.
Only limited numbers of bikes with 2 child seats are available.
We ask for your kind understanding in the event that we cannot meet your request.

注意事項
１.自転車の取り扱いについて
自転車は大切にお取り扱いくださいますようお願い致します。万が一、貸し出し期間中に自転車の故障または損傷があった場合は、速やかに当レンタサイクルにご連絡ください。お客様に起因する自転車の故障・損失については、原則としてその修理に要した費用を実費で申し受けます。
２.自転車の盗難・紛失について
自転車を離れる際は必ず施錠してください。お客様に起因する事情により盗難・紛失した場合には弁償金を請求する場合があります。
３.自転車の返却
自転車の返却は営業時間内にご返却いただきますようお願い致します。遅れる場合には(080-2943-7788)までお電話ください。
４.ご予約について
ご予約の変更・キャンセル等は、ご利用日の前日までにお電話にてご連絡ください。お客様のご都合による当日キャンセルは全額お支払いいただきます。雨天等天候不良の場合はキャンセル料はかかりませんが、お電話での連絡をお願い致します。
10名様以上の団体様のキャンセル料については2日前30% 1日前50% 当日100%となります。
Notice
1. Rental bike handling
Please treat our bikes with care. In the unlikely event that your bike breaks or you damage the bike during the rental period, please contact us immediately. Any costs due to damage or losses found to be attributable to the customer are to be paid for by the customer.
2. In case of Stolen & Loss
Please ensure you lock the bikes when you leave them. Customers may be requested to pay compensation for any theft or loss of bikes found to be attributable to the customer.
3. Return Rental bike
Please ensure you return the bikes during our operating hours. Please contact us by phone (+81-(0)80-2943-7788) when you are late.
4. Reservation
Please contact us by phone for any changes or cancellation of rentals.This can be done up until the day prior to the reservation.Any on-the-day cancellations made for personal reasons will require that the rental fee be paid in full.You will not be asked to pay a cancellation fee in the event of bad weather, but we ask that you contact us by phone.
Cancellation fees for groups of 10 or more: 30% for cancellations 2 days prior, 50% for cancellations 1 day prior, and 100% for on-the-day cancellations.
